1 HotelCopenhagen is centrally located at the intersection of the city’s vibrant Latin Quarter and its historic heart; it will feature 282 rooms including 30 suites. With a Green-Michelin-starred Chef at the helm, the property will also feature locally sourced, seasonal cuisine as eclectic as the city itself at the signature restaurant and bar. Guests and locals alike can find tranquility in the nature-inspired Bamford Wellness Spa, connected with the natural world in the property’s urban garden complete an on-site beehotel, or embark on an adventure, exploringCopenhagen's rich tapestry of parks and museums on bike. 

As a Bell Attendant, you’ll be one of the first people our guests encounter, so your role is essential in creating an unforgettable first impression. With your welcoming attitude and impeccable standards, you’ll ensure guests feel valued and cared for from their arrival to their departure. You’ll manage the bell desk, oversee luggage handling, provide valet services, and assist with guest requests. A driver’s license is a must for this role, as you’ll be responsible for valet parking and transporting guest vehicles. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service, we want you on our team. 

About you… 

  • Experienced in delivering high standards of guest service from a similar industry. 
  • Often the first point of contact for our guests, you know the importance of making a welcoming and lasting impression. 
  • Proactive in addressing guest needs, building rapport, and resolving issues swiftly and professionally. 
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring guest luggage and personal items are handled with care and respect. 
  • Knowledgeable about hotel operations and local attractions. 
  • Driver’s license is a must for handling valet parking duties and guest vehicle transportation. 
  • Organized and able to manage guest requests, inventories, and logistics while keeping the area clean and presentable. 
  • Able to work collaboratively with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
  • Capable of training and mentoring new team members. 
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
