As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are a natural team leader who knows how to keep operations running smoothly while delivering excellent guest experiences. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and know how to support both your team and management with confidence. From service execution to team coordination and guest satisfaction, you bring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a hands-on attitude. You lead by example, ensure consistency in standards, and help create an atmosphere where both staff and guests feel supported and valued. 

About you… 

  • Experience with assisting management to lead day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, banquet and IRD. 
  • Experience within a luxury hotel is a desirable asset. 
  • Skilled in providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction. 
  • Experience with overseeing waiters' opening and closing duties, ensuring all tasks are completed according to company standards 
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively, providing support to both staff and management. 
  • Experienced in setting up both front and back-of-house areas of F&B to the highest standards. 
  • Experience with addressing complaints or service issues with a positive attitude and involving management when needed. 
  • Familiarity with training new staff, ensuring they meet service expectations and understand departmental procedures. 
  • Experience assisting with the coordination and execution of special events, ensuring everything runs smoothly 
  • Ability to keep kitchen staff informed about special events, ensuring coordination and smooth service. 
  • Strong knowledge of following health and safety and food hygiene laws to maintain a safe environment. 
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
