As a Steward, we are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, sanitary, and well-organized kitchen and service areas. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work efficiently during day shifts, and manages time effectively with minimal supervision. They demonstrate a professional and cooperative demeanor, respond promptly to operational needs, and communicate effectively with culinary and housekeeping teams. Strong attention to detail, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and proficiency in English are required.

About You…

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans in accordance with health and safety standards
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring proper chemical usage and temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen, back-of-house, and service areas, including floors, walls, drains, and storage areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Empty trash, recycling, and food waste, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed
• Assist with kitchen and banquet setup and breakdown as needed
• Restock clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in designated storage areas
• Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly to the engineering department
• Support culinary and food & beverage teams with daily operational needs
• Work independently while demonstrating strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Demonstrate flexibility to work day shifts, including weekends and holidays; prior stewarding, kitchen, or hotel experience preferred but not required
